Ski Lesson Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellations by the Customer

Timing of Cancellation – Refund Policy

  • More than 72 hours (3 days) before the lesson: 100% refund
  • 72 to 24 hours before the lesson: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before the lesson / No-show: 0% refund (full fee charged)

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to: ALSS@beactive.life.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


2. Rescheduling

  • Reschedule requests made more than 48 hours before the lesson will be accepted free of charge, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours may be treated as a cancellation and follow the refund rules above.

3. Late Arrival

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the lesson start time.
  • Lessons end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
  • Private lessons may accommodate a later start time if informed ahead of time.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

4. Cancellations by the Ski School
If we must cancel due to extreme weather, lack of snow, unsafe conditions, resort closure, or instructor illness, customers may choose:

  • A full refund, or
  • A rescheduled lesson

5. Illness or Injury
If a participant cannot attend due to illness or injury, we may offer a refund or reschedule with a valid medical certificate.

We recommend all guests carry travel or ski insurance.
